The French government has decided to take strong measures to face the Covid-19 crisis : schools and universities closed, limitation of meetings, and incitation to companies to strongly implement home-office. We at Claranor have 3 priorities : protect the health of our employees, ensure our social responsibility in limitating the spreading of the virus, and continue our business.
During this period, our company remains open :
- We are keeping our delivery time commitments. We are continuously checking our supplies, which are maintained for now. In case of difficulty we will contact directly our customers.
- Our customer service remains available for technical issues and supply of spare parts. However travels will most of the time not be possible. In case of need of on site support, we will look for alternatives.
- Even if most of the time in home office, your normal speaking partners will remain available on their direct phone number.
