Christophe Riedel, CEO
Food technology engineer - Agroparistech - MBA from EM-Lyon.
With 20 years’ experience in R&D and the food industry, Christophe Riedel joined Claranor in 2007, taking on responsibility for the company's business development. He became CEO in 2010.
Eric Mandel, Administrative and Financial Director
Eric Mandel joined Claranor as Administrative and Financial Director when the company moved to Avignon in 2010, after spending 15 years with various industrial groups as accountant, financial controller and administration manager. Using this experience he now manages the social and financial aspects of the company.
Janyce Franc, R&D Manager
A materials science graduate and with a PhD in optics obtained at the CNRS (French national center for scientific research), where she worked for 6 years, Janyce Franc joined Claranor in 2011. She manages the R&D department and is responsible for coordinating the Beata Lux project.
Christophe Puisnel, Production Manager
Christophe Puisnel joined Claranor as Production Manager in November 2013. His 15 years’ experience of managing machine assembly workshops, gained with several industrial groups and SMEs, represent a valuable contribution for the ongoing growth of the company.
Marjorie Dinkel, Customer Service Manager
Graduate of the Institute of Business Administration with a Master Degree and holder of a Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Marjorie started to work in transport and then in industry (manufacturer of plastics, food, biotechnology). Experienced in leading cross-functional teams to implement ERP and organizational processes, she is used to work in an international environment and for ISO certified companies. Her skills in planning and organization as well as devotion to customer satisfaction are her assets. She joined Claranor in 2015.
Anthony Hereng, Sales Manager
Engineer degree in Mechanics (ICAM Toulouse).
Anthony Hereng joined the commercial team in 2010, after spending a few years in the international sales department of several equipment suppliers for the food industry. Now at the head of the Sales Department, he is responsible for new market prospection as well as relationship with Claranor commercial partners abroad (distributors and agents).
