Other market segments also require packaging decontamination before filling or capping. Claranor equipment meets this requirement on cups and caps, for packaging lines for a wide range of products:

  • Sauces - ketchup: hot or cold filled pasteurized acid products, with preservatives and stored at ambient temperature
  • Spreads and other spreadable products, such as margarine or soft cheese: these products can be particularly sensitive, due to their composition, low-fat products, etc.
  • Concentrated sweetened products: high sugar content products without preservatives, for example sweetened condensed milk in cans, and syrups, which can remain sensitive to certain microorganisms, yeasts, etc.
